Program
1) Interactomics
Overview of most commonly used tehcniques for studying protein-protein interaction, pros and cons of each technique, practical examples. Lysis-dependent methods: surface plasmon resonance, pull down, far western blot, co-immunoprecipitation. Lysis-independent approaches: proximity ligan assay, proximity-dependent labeling approaches such as BioID, TurboID, APEX, VitoTrap.
2) Metabolomic
Overview of various techniques useful to study metabolic dysregulation. Analysis of the recent evolution in many paradigm shift in the field of cancer metabolism and analysis of main recent paper relevant in the metabolism field to appreciate the technical evolution of the recent yers in the field
